Bypass port 80 traffic to http proxy

Hi there. Since we cannot put the http proxy to port 80 I heard there was a way to deal with this and re-route the local traffic on port 80 to http proxy which is port 8080.

But the thing is I want to test now and only with my IP. Anyone knows how to do that? Heard about a dnat rule but i'm not sure.

    No actually we have everyone having direct access to the internet. What I want to do is to allow only my address to pass throught the http proxy. I don't want anyone else to pass throught the http proxy for now.
