Active Directory: Authentication test failed: LDAP call error

I have a problem with authenticating users against AD:

one machine cannot get any new or "group changed" users and i did a test with the "Test Settings" area on the AD configuration site.

Following error occurs:

Authentication test failed: LDAP call error

The button "Test Server" gives me a "Server test passed." and the Astaro has been joined to the AD Domain.

The only difference to other Astaro systems is the empty server field in the configuration area "Active Directory Single-Sign-On (SSO)".
Is this important? The computer has been joined, so these fields can be empty, right?

Regards!
Frank
