7.1 http proxy timeout issue

I'm working with astaro support but i wanted to see if anyone is getting random but often errors from astaro about connection resets or timeouts with  the proxy turned on?

    Constantly, it's almost impossible to download anything over 10mb.

    I doubt that anyone here can help you with this short message. Do you have any sample URLs that aren't working, what is your ContentFilter Configuration? What shows /var/log/http.log if such a download fails?
