Surf protection blocking all content uncategorized

I removed the default content filtering profile and added a new one with only nudity in it.

Yet when I try and go to a pretty benign website I get this, notice the lines that I colored red, I don't have a category 75 enabled:

There is a catagory for blocking Suspicious and Uncategorized websites.  But there is also a separate check box for just block uncategorized websites.

OK, resolved this problem by being less restrictive.  Now the users are much happier, but I'm still blocking appropriate things.
