HTTP proxy QoS

Yes it is definitely possible. In the packet filter rule there are three types of allow. Allow High Priority, Allow and Allow Low Priority.

You must configure the QoS setting on your interface card.

But this not a solution for my problem...

Infact, If my clients use the proxy service I don't need to define packet filter rules and so I can't control the bandwidth in use.
Packet filter rules are for forwarding traffic but with proxy the traffic is on INPUT/OUTPUT firewall chains.

I think that it would have to be a squid configuration for my need...

I would guess the proxy goes into the Medium queue.

If so, you could set your other traffic to High or Low as appropriate.
