HTTP Proxy stops working

Maybe a broken HTTP Proxy Cache. Try to flush it.

I ma using the http proxy in transparent mode with content filtering and have ot hit this issue.  Is using transparent mode an opiton as a workaround?

i also run two 5.101 with http proxy SP/VP enabled.

What type of operation mode does the proxy run?

Same problem after upgrading ASL 5.100 to 5.101.
Hope to have soon an up2date that will fix this problem. 
I need to restart http proxy two or more times a day.

My users are all authenticated...
I use Surf Protection based on authenticated user.

In my case:
One firewall is running in transparent mode, the other one isn't ..
both have the same problem -> so it should make no difference ...

Hi, could you please check the process called hyperdyper in Webadmin->Reporting->Advanced->Process List?
Just post all the lines including "hyperdyper".
Do that at the moment the proxy is not working any more.

I just would like to know, if the process uses all the CPU time.

I've switched off the content filter two days ago, and no stops until that time.
But now I have no content filtering [:(]

Experiencing the same problem here (200 users), http proxy suddenly stops working. I have to reboot the firewall twice a day to solve the problem. Hope the patch will be release soon to fix this problem. Http proxy not working issue happened after upgrading 5.1 to 5.101

5.102 works fine. No stops since I've installed it.

Still using 5.102, and the problem returned, sometimes proxy stops working...

try instaling the 5.2 update.
