Sophos SSL VPN client; error starting log-viewer, no logs, and tls error only ?

Sorry all.. unsure whether this is SSL VPN client for UTM 9 or XG.. I'm new to Sophos.

(Hence i've put this in both XG and UTM 9 forum landing pages)

My SSL VPN client is stupidly trying to find notepad.exe .. when it's not located in that path.. It's in %windir%\system32\notepad.exe

 

Anyway to fix the linkage here ?

Regardless C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos SSL VPN Client\log\ is empty.

Does this log file only show content once session established ?

Only the live-log (below) will help me with issues trying to establish connection ?

 

b. Issues instantiating SSL VPN connection.

The lines below don't indicate socket/network reachability on a port ? I.e. if an upstream firewall is blocking ports/path ?

It looks like only a PKI issue ?
