Reporting and Remote Access VPN Issue.

Hi Bobby,

Please provide me logs for the concerned VPN service and time stamp of the disconnection.

How frequent is the disconnection, is it after a specific time duration ?

I've fixed the VPN issue. However, I am working on the logging issue. anything I should check first from a logging perspective? this issue only happened after the recent update.

Hi,

After updating to 9.401-11 i am no longer receiving web usage reports. I'm not seeing them on the home page for the web protection tab nor am i seeing them when running an executive report.

Prior to the update I was receiving this report.
