I have an SG210 that I've been setting up in our office (with an unused external IP from our ISP). We just moved this to a new colo facility and had to change to change the external IP. I updated DNS (and verified it has propagated and is returning the new external IP), but when I go to https:///portal, I get a page can't be displayed. In IE, it states:
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https:// again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator.
Tried in Chrome as well. What is odd is that it worked fine before. The portal hostname is set the same as the webadmin hostname.
Any thoughts?
I just got back from a beach vacation, so it is possible my brain has not yet finished basking on the beach.
