I have a few UTM v 9.209-8 ASG that after the update was applied my SSL VPN road warriors complained about slow and unreliable connectivity. - I have tried with two different computers in three different locations and the end result is the same; [LIST=1] continuous ping to the gateway external host address ( No drops ) continuous ping to the gateway via the internal address while using SSL VPN (No drops) continuous ping to anything behind the gateway, server, workstation etc intermittent connectivity an unusually high reply times (70ms - 380ms) [/LIST] Has anyone else seen the same characteristic after applying this update?

It sounds like you have a paid license, please get Sophos Support involved.

I had a similar issue - make sure the end-points have an updated client installed.
