ssl vpn connection cannot access resources

A user duly log in using the ssl vpn client but cannot access resources and the error message as follows :Mon oct20 12.28 resolved: Cannot resolve host address: sofirewall: The requested name is valid but no data of the requested 
type was found.
I am learning using lab environment and will appreciate help of what I might have done wrong. the network is a domain environment-windowos server 2008r2.
