ssl vpn connection cannot access resources

A user duly log in using the ssl vpn client but cannot access resources and the error message as follows :Mon oct20 12.28 resolved: Cannot resolve host address: sofirewall: The requested name is valid but no data of the requested
type was found.
I am learning using lab environment and will appreciate help of what I might have done wrong. the network is a domain environment-windowos server 2008r2.

You can't access internal resources right? Did you setup CLIENT OPTIONS under REMOTE ACCESS | ADVANCED?

Looks, like the IP of sofirewall is not resolvable via DNS... Can you post your *.ovpn config File located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos SSL VPN Client\config\your_vpn_name_config\*

I am trying to upload the .ovpn file but it appears the file extension is restricted.

Open the ovpn file with a text editor and post the contents.

You are right there was configuration errors in User Portal, and also SSl configurations regarding hostnames.
