Hi,
I have been running the Sophos SSL Client software a long time on Windows 8, and 8.1, with no issues, though I have read many threads with errors like theese:
https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/58/t/55077
Now I have one client, with exactly this issue, it keeps showing:

in the log, and after a while, the tunnel is up, but no traffic can get through, and the reason to this, is that the VPN interface gets an APIPA address :-(
I have searched many forums, and found out, that if I place this command line in the START group:
"rundll32 shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL ncpa.cpl"
The Network Connection windows shows, and I can just close this after Windows starts, after that, the Remote Access Client works EVERY TIME[:S][:S][:S]
I have the following infos to supply this thread:
UTM version 9.111 and 9.201-23
Remote Access Client version 2.1
Running client with administrative rights.
Computer is not a domain member.
Have tried to connect to my own UTM from this client, (just to try another one) - But with no luck [:(]
The client has an Asus Eee PC
Windows Firewall disabled and also removed any security software/av.
When I try with my laptop to connect to the customer (I'm running 8.1 also and with NO admin rights on the client) - It works perfectly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :-D
