not sure if anyone else has seen this but I´ve got no response from the people at openvpn.
Maybe someone here has come across this.
We are running a Astaro/Sophos UTM 9 at one location and all iOS Users having the same problem: they cannot acquire DNS information for servers on our intranet.
The connection is fine and as long as I am using IP-Numbers all is good. The moment I start using FQDNs, Safari/Google Chrome for example, both browsers tell me that the site is not available.
My users on Windows 7, Android and Mac OS X do not seem to suffer from this situation - which I can confirm because I tested with all OSs myself.
I can see the IPs of the DNS-Servers in the logfile of the openvpn client.
But thats it then.
Any ideas?
