Dashboard showing wrong count of active Remote Access users

Hi there,

since some versions the WebAdmin Dashboard is counting the Site2Site SSL VPN additionally as Remote Access users:

Dashboard:

Site2Site:

Remote Access:


I have 2 Site2Site Connections active, but no Remote Access users online. the Dashboard however Shows 2 active Remote Access users.

Bug or feature?

UTM 9.103, Home License.

edit: I think the problem appeared with 9.100 or some lower 9.00x Versions.

    We are running 9.006-5 and this isn't showing this behaviour. We have 1 IPSec site-to-site and 1 SSL site-to-site connection and dashboard only shows 2 site-to-site connections and 0 remote access connections.

    Managing several Sophos UTMs and Sophos XGs both at work and at some home locations, dedicated to continuously improve IT-security and feeling well helping others with their IT-security challenges.
