VPN on a Windows Surface?

I'm trying to install the VPN client on a windows surface computer.
As soon as I try to run the .exe I get a
“Windows cannot verify the digital signature of this file”

Is it possible to run the VPN client on a Surface?

So No, It looks like there is no way to bypass this with Windows RT, windows Secure Boot cant be disabled (I guess there is a jail break out, but sounds kind of risky Circumventing Windows RT’s Code Integrity Mechanism « On the Surface of Security).

Will the drivers ever be signed?
