691 Error

Hi
i configured the Remote Access VPN PPTP for one user now when i create a vpn connection and entire the username and password i get the 691 Error that say :your remote access port is not open??
i checked the config in ASG and remove the VPN connection and renew create it but it did't work ?

  • Are there any clues in the Firewall log?  What happens if you disable the Windows Firewall in your client?
