691 Error

i configured the Remote Access VPN PPTP for one user now when i create a vpn connection and entire the username and password i get the 691 Error that say :your remote access port is not open??
i checked the config in ASG and remove the VPN connection and renew create it but it did't work ?

Are there any clues in the Firewall log? What happens if you disable the Windows Firewall in your client?

No i haven't any log in the ASG and my firewall in the Win was disable!!!! :|

ok my problem is solved, i don't know why but the 619 and 691 is a windows problem with authentication and with change the password of the users in the ASG this problem will be solved
