hp media server behind RED

I have a client who uses a Sophos RED on their home network. Recently, the user has requested remote access from the web to an HP media server sitting behind the RED. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

It's not clear where the UTM is that the RED is connected to, and what mode the RED is in - Split?
