hp media server behind RED

I have a client who uses a Sophos RED on their home network. Recently, the user has requested remote access from the web to an HP media server sitting behind the RED. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

It's not clear where the UTM is that the RED is connected to, and what mode the RED is in - Split?

So, the HP Media Server is on his home network as well? Assuming that this is split mode, he'd need to setup port forwarding on whatever his router (linksys? netgear?) is that sits between the RED and his internet connection.
