Anyone seeing a bug with SSL Online Users not being listed?

Is anyone seeing 0 Users listed when people are connected on the Dashboard page..

As in 1 or multiple users logged into the SSL VPN but none are showing active on the dashboard.

Probaly an issue with the reporting DB.. If you have a commercial license with support, you should be able to get support to fix the issue.

Thanks - i am still in the eval process time frame - so I am not sure that time frame is supported. I will drop in a ticket and see.

If you have an evaluation unit from a Reseller, then contact them -- they should be able to open a case for you with Astaro. If direct (in the U.S. they are supposed to go thru resellers, but I'm not sure if you are in the U.S. or not), Astaro should help you out.
