SSL Remote Access / not connected !

Dear All
i used not to have any problem with our Astaro ASG120 , V8.202
but , my employees in UAE , are not being able to connect to it , using SSL Remote connection
once they try to connect to Astaro , using thier username and password , 
the connection stuck on the following line :

Warning : this configuration may cache password in memory , use aut...

and then repeat it again and again without any successful connection [:(]
you may please check the attache pic,
would you please try to help me ?
shall i change the port , ia m using 443 
or can i do anything else ?

    Thanks alot for your mail ,
    the strange thing is that they were able for 3 employees in UAE to connect together to Astaro , that was a month ago before this problem .
    then my CEO was in Oman and also tried with the same log above ,
    but when i try , i could establish a connection ! , and all is right !

    can i reset all the settings and Astaro itself ? 
    is there a way to build it again from scratch ?
    i am hopeless , and the point which we bought Astaro for ( SSL VPN ) is not working well [:(]
