SSL Remote Access / not connected !

Dear All
i used not to have any problem with our Astaro ASG120 , V8.202
but , my employees in UAE , are not being able to connect to it , using SSL Remote connection
once they try to connect to Astaro , using thier username and password ,
the connection stuck on the following line :

Warning : this configuration may cache password in memory , use aut...

and then repeat it again and again without any successful connection [:(]
you may please check the attache pic,
would you please try to help me ?
shall i change the port , ia m using 443
or can i do anything else ?

I mean that the solution likely will be done at the command line, and that Astaro Support alone should do that.

You can try several things while waiting for Astaro to respond.

- Restore a configuration from before you started having a problem.

- If that doesn't work, Up2Date to 8.300.

- If that doesn't work, and you have given up on getting help from Astaro Support, you can try re-imaging from CDROM, but that will cause you to lose all of your logs and reporting info.
