SSL Remote Access / not connected !

Dear All
i used not to have any problem with our Astaro ASG120 , V8.202
but , my employees in UAE , are not being able to connect to it , using SSL Remote connection
once they try to connect to Astaro , using thier username and password , 
the connection stuck on the following line :

Warning : this configuration may cache password in memory , use aut...

and then repeat it again and again without any successful connection [:(]
you may please check the attache pic,
would you please try to help me ?
shall i change the port , ia m using 443 
or can i do anything else ?

    Hallo Sami, 

    The line with "configuration may cache passwort" is just a warning, like you see at the start of the line. This warning is normal. 
    Your error message is "TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds..."! 
    You should search for this in the forum. It's full with messages about this and I'm sure there are a lot of helpfull comments too.

    I have read a lot of posts , some said that it is a bug , some said by restarting the firewall , all will be done !!
    i restarted it and installed the updates till 8.300 , with no result [:(]

    Try to use the Userportal. There you can download the config files or the whole setup file - helps a lot! 
    You can also try to change the port. 

    The setup for SSL VPN and the Userportal can be found in the Manual. 

    I downloaded the config from the Userportal to my Android mobil phone and using OpenVPN (SSL) to connect to the ASG. 
    From my Win7 desktop at home I just downloaded the setup from the Userportal and this was a lot more easier to get it running than the Android thing. 
    Just install, let it run as admin and . 
    There is also a manual if you want to run the ASG SSL client on Win7 without adminrights. 
    Don't now if you need that. [:)]
