"remote access" tab will not appear

I followed along in the "Remote Access via IPSec - Configuring ASG and Client" PDF but I cannot get the tab to appear.

Any hints as to what i'm doing wrong?

Bob,

Thanks for your help. I had Preshared Keys chosen for some reason instead of X.509.

It works now!
