"remote access" tab will not appear

I followed along in the "Remote Access via IPSec - Configuring ASG and Client" PDF but I cannot get the tab to appear.

Any hints as to what i'm doing wrong?

    It's the box in the 'IPsec Remote access rule' on the 'Connections' tab of 'Remote Access >> IPsec'.  This must be a user known to the Astaro.
