I don't get it. I've got RADIUS successfully configured for use as my authenticator for remote access; however, none of my users (who are able to successfully connect using both PPTP and L2TP/IPSec) are ever seeing the "Remote Access" option in the User Portal.
Of course, if I switch the remote access auth method to local, I have to manage passwords, etc., in both places, but now I get the "Remote Access" option.
Please! Someone tell me where I've gone wrong so I can "have my cake and eat it, too".
