SSL VPN Connection / Network Problem

Hi all,

I have setup a SSL VPN connection so a roadwarrior accounant can access our internal network... I am testing using my laptop and a mobile broadband modem here in the office. Anyway, I downloaded the setup stuff from the user portal and installed it. It says it is connected and I can ping the internal machine (Where the accountant data file is) from the laptop, but cannot see the network from windows network places. I can not ping from the internal machine to the laptop either.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Brian, do you have ping enabled on the 'ICMP' tab?

Please post a pic of the 'Global' tab of 'Remote Access >> SSL'.

You can ping neither by IP or FQDN? What OS are you running on your laptop? If Vista, have you searched here for a solution to making SSL VPN work with Vista?

I can ping from the internal network our to the internet, just not the laptop (connected via VPN). The laptop has Xp pro on it

I have a support ticket open on this as well, and Astaro asked me to check the results of a "route print" before and after connecting, but I really don't know what I am looking for... they said it may be a problem with the routes getting passed to the client, again.. not really sure what to look for on this one..
