dyndns vs. no-ip?

I should be able to use a no-ip dns with an asg right?
If so what username and password do they need imputed into the asg?

  • Ok, i got a dyndns now and it says connection refused when i try to access the new name via web browser.

  • I am trying to VPN in so far i have these following services with the following rule  enabled.

    any->internal network

    l2tp
    vpn protocols
    ipsec esp
    ipsec ah
    ipsec nat-t

    missing any? 
    the live filter says   TCP 
    drop 192.168.1.101 : 1276→ 192.168.1.5 : 1723
