End User Portal redirects to IP

Blue Tree Technology
On the Firewalls that I am managing I have setup the end user portal so they can attach with https://firewall.domain.com:1666.  But when then they attach it redirects to https://xx.xx.xx.xx/portal.

Is that normal? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Firewall is v7.101.

    I take it the IP you see redirected is 127.0.0.1; this is a known issue (check the Known Issue List "KIL" at update.astaro.com) ... I wouldn't worry about it -- you didn't mention if the portal was actually working or not.

    Nope.  It goes to the resolved IP address on the firewall.  Yes it is working but they end up getting 2 warnings about the certificate.

    I think that's also a known issue (though it's not on the KIL... sometimes they don't keep that list up to date)... sounds like you have licensed units there; have you tried opening a case with support yet?
