IPSEC Protocol: ESP - Where is it?

I'm migrating from an old Netscreen to an ASG 325.  Currently on V7.002.

Anyhow, I'm setting up my VPN tunnels and most of the old tunnels on the Netscreen use ESP Encapsulation in Phase 2.  I'm not able to find that setting on the ASG.  However Article # 120018 which says it applies to V5 and later clearly lists it as an option in the IPSec settings:

"PSec Settings
3.9 - IPSec Mode: Tunnel
3.10 - IPSec Protocol: ESP"

Any help would be awesome!  Thanks in advance.
