All of my users are having issues downloading the SSL VPN client from the user portal. I have to instruct them to disable any popup blockers prior to going to the site Even after disabling popup blockers the downloads sometimes still don't work. Having to initiate a remote connection to assist them in downloading from the user portal is absurd.
Does anyone have a good way to allow users to download the software without having to go through changing settings in their browser? As it is, the portal is useless for end users needing to download the remote access client software.
