Cable operator isp RW problem

Hi,

When using asc with adsl internet providers it works fine. Using a cable operator i receive this error in the asc logfile:

20/08/2005 9:21:23  Disconnect: cause - Manual Disconnect.
20/08/2005 9:21:24  IPSDIALCHAN::start building connection
20/08/2005 9:21:28  IPSDIALCHAN::start building connection
20/08/2005 9:21:28  NCPIKE-phase1:name(RW) - outgoing connect request - main mode.
20/08/2005 9:21:28  XMIT_MSG1_MAIN - RW
20/08/2005 9:21:28  RECV_MSG2_MAIN - RW
20/08/2005 9:21:28  IKE phase I: Setting LifeTime to 5000 seconds
20/08/2005 9:21:28  RW ->Support for NAT-T version - 9
20/08/2005 9:21:28  XMIT_MSG3_MAIN - RW

20/08/2005 9:21:29  XMIT_MSG5_MAIN - RW
20/08/2005 9:21:29  XMIT_MSG5_MAIN_RESUME - RW
20/08/2005 9:21:30  RECV_MSG6_MAIN - RW
20/08/2005 9:21:30  NCPIKE-phase1:name(RW) - error - PKI ERROR: - Client Error: Verify Certificate with error 2002 ! (unable to get issuer certificate)
20/08/2005 9:21:30
20/08/2005 9:21:30  NCPIKE-phase2:name(RW) - error - cleared by phase1
20/08/2005 9:21:30  IPSDIAL  - disconnected from RW on channel 1.

What i found  is tha the cable operator blocks some of the incomming ports under the 1024 especially the port 500.

How can i set the incomming certificate above port 1024?

Using  release 6002 and asc 8.20 build 69, RW AES

Thanks
