VPN Problem

I have e problem with Astaro 3.2.16.
I have estabilisced a VPN connectin betwen 2 astaro firewall. There is a way to ping host PC when ICMP forward on firewall is disabled?
I cannot use NBTSTAT command to host PC because it procude an error HOST NOT FOUND. How i can resolve the problem?

uhm... once again please.. you wanna ping from one of the asl's or from a machine in your local/remote subnet? .. and where is the host you want to ping?

I'm able to ping a host pc on remote network from a pc of my network but i can't make a NBTSTAT of the remote PC.
I'm not able to find a PC of remote network from my windows XP PC thru FIND menu.

Are you using "NBTSTAT -A IPaddress" rather than "NBTSTAT -a MacineName"?

We had a smilar issue that we resolved by makeing sure we had the packetfilter set up to allow all traffic from the remote network and our network to talk.

I've tried your solution, but the problem is not resolved. If i make a rule that permit traffic from/to ANY/ANY it's OK. I don't understand.

After a sleeping night, this morning i have recontrolled all the configuration. My error was in the rules configuration beetwen the two firewall. Corrected theese setting now all right. Thanks all for support. lcapecci
