Unable to download Endpoint Protection Package

I've been able to download the package once but now every time I try from the Endpoint Protection > Computer Management > Deploy Agent, I get a 404 page.

I've updated the UTM appliance and it's on firmware version:  9.212-3.

It's been like this for possibly a month now so not sure it's an intermittent issue.

URL I have is 
mcs1-815e.broker.sophos.com/.../


Any help would be most appreciated.

    If this is a paid license, you should get Sophos Support involved.

    That is indeed a non-existent page.  I guess that something has happened to your UTM's registration with the Endpoint configuration service in the Cloud.  You can re-register by Disabling/Enabling Endpoint in the UTM.  You will need to un-install/re-install any installed Endpoints if you want them to connect with changes in the configuration in the UTM.

  • Thanks for the reply, I tried as you suggest and there was an error about connecting to the DB. Decided to start from scratch - thanks again for your help.
