Endpoint update through UTM has completely stopped working today

Hello,

we have a rather urgent problem: starting today, all endpoints are out-of-date. We are trying to track it down, but just to start: is anyone of you also having problems, because this seems to be a service outage, and not a problem within our LAN.

  • Well, what should i say...
    We are used to have problems on installing NEW Endpoint clients, because the broker service seems to fail very often.
    Normally it's working again after half a day or so.

    But this one was completely new for us, and our CEO personally got involved, which is unfavourable - to say the least.
