Endpoint update through UTM has completely stopped working today

Hello,

we have a rather urgent problem: starting today, all endpoints are out-of-date. We are trying to track it down, but just to start: is anyone of you also having problems, because this seems to be a service outage, and not a problem within our LAN.

    we have the same issue. None of the clients is able to retrive an update. I contacted the support, they told me, that in the night something at the servers has been changed which could affect this issues.

    They told me to open a ticket, as they didn't know any workaround. So I made a ticket and am waiting for a possible solution. But still a bit freaky, that such issues occour with such premium soft- and hardware [:)]

    As soon as i get any reply from them I'll post it here.
