Can't talk to Sophos LiveConnect

Hi,

i have since yesterday always the same error in my Endpoint Protection Log.

Is there a Problem on UTM site or on the Sophos LiveConnect site?

UTM Version 9.307

    Just to confirm - you installed the Endpoints using the links generated in the Sophos UTM, correct?  Your question about the key confuses me.

    Also, please state the version of UTM - 9.307?

    Thnanks for your reply. First of all, I noticed this morning that the UTM is able to connect to Live Connect, without any modifications on mu UTM. So it looks like this has nothing to do with the settings on my UTM but more with the LiveConnect servers.

    My remaining question however if this lost connection will happen again, or that it has been resolved.

    Sorry for my confusing description about a "key". I was refering to the Registration Token.

    To be complete; clients did indeed install Endpoint protection via the links.
    The version is 9.307-6.
