Unable to download Agent

So I used the "Download Endpoint Installation Package Now" link under Endpoint --> Computer --> Deploy.  That will work but once it downloads, it is unable to update because it says I don't have an internet connection (I do).

So I just copy the link they give me below that, hit it and I get a 404.  Come on Sophos!

Anyone else have this problem?

    happens from time to time when sophos is dating up something or have problems with the update servers.. 

    have 2 calls for that in the last 6 month and always same answer... 3rd level support in england is investigating... and after some time waiting it worked again...
