Cannot update after install

Hi,

We recently installed Sophos Endpoint Protection UTM 10.3 on some OLD Win 2003 server, but there are two terminal servers, where the installation suceeds, but after update, the update log shows as follows:

    Hello,

    Any update on this - I have the same exact problem - ERROR: Product installation failed: mcsep - seems to be something with Windows Server 2003 software restrictions. The install finished successfully but gave a message there would be more done once the computer was connected to the Internet - it was connected the entire time though.
