Cannot update after install

Hi,

We recently installed Sophos Endpoint Protection UTM 10.3 on some OLD Win 2003 server, but there are two terminal servers, where the installation suceeds, but after update, the update log shows as follows:

  • Martin, if you look at some of the recent posts in this forum, it seems that there's a Sophos server in the cloud that serves Western Europe that's not doing well.  If you have a paid license, please get a ticket opened with Sophos Support so that they know to fix it.
