Endpoints sporadically not updating

Hello,

my endpoints are sporadically not updating...

Right now 28 out of 95 are not Up2Date... The logs look like following:

A hour before the update did work... Transparent proxy is enabled.

I have this problem for several weeks now... Deleting the DNS Cache doesn't help!

Firmware version: 9.111-7

After almost 2 months of troubleshooting (root access from sophos, lots of wireshark logs, de-/install sophos endpoint, providing endpoint installer to sophos etc.) my endpoints are finally up-to-date again...

In the end a firmware update solved the issues.

the new sophos board sucks... :-( please give us the old one back.
