Change Update Interval

hi there,
we now use the endpoint Protection from out UTM 220 and have a quetion regarding "greyed out" options in the client console.
Even if we authenticate (Tamper Protection is tunrned on) we can't change a hell of options, eg the update interval. It is set to 60 minutes but we would like to set this to at least 6 hours.
There is no way we can change this parameter, it cant be edited in the UTM and cant be edited in the console (loggen in as admin, disabled tamper).

So - what to do?

Somehow, you got locked out. Look in the KnowledgeBase for the way to completely delete the client from your PC and then install it again.

Somehow, you got locked out. Look in the KnowledgeBase for the way to completely delete the client from your PC and then install it again.

Hi,

thanks for the reply, but I don't think that is the problem. I have installed the EP on multiple computers (Laps, Workstations,...) and at different times - they all have the same problem.
