Can not activate EP

Hello board members

i have try to enable EP.
I can fill in the organization Info, and then press the " Activate Endpoint Protection" button. After a while i get the following messagebox:
Do you want to wait 30 more seconds to finish the request?
Now i press yes, and then nothing happens until the UTM logs me off (after 10 minutes)

How can i activate the UTM.

UTM Details:
Software Appliance with Version Release 9.006-5 and Home License
2GB RAM (1GB in use, and 1GB free)

Hi, and welcome to the User BB!

It sounds like you need to re-install from CDROM.

Hello Bob,

i have already new installed the utm.
The only thing is, i have restored my old config (same UTM Version, different virtualized Hardware Config).
Do you think that the config has a Problem ?

Have you tried the version 9.1? I myself had issues with 9.0065 and endpoint and they were resolved with version 9.1

Submitted a Tech Support Case lately from the Support Portal?
