Hi Goldy, I can't find the thread where the issue was discussed, but I can give you the background. I had installed EP on two devices while using V9.00x. Under V9.1xxb both EP installations were shown as being off line by the EP management in the UTM. Both PCs were updating and showing the current or very close to current time as the last update check. The response when the question was raised about this was you will need to uninstall EP and re-install EP. In the meantime one PC had the system HD fail, so I was down to one PC to play with. I had a number of other issues when the time came to install the latest version of EP, since corrected with the help of Michael Dunne.
