Endpoint Agent Download No Response

Hi,

When attempting to download the agent using the url provided by the UTM WebAdmin I get no response. Is this a common problem?

Update: eventually it responded with HTTP 500

I'm having the same issue. It doesn't matter which installer I use, slim or full, the connection times out. I even tried using the url and no dice.

Yep, started working for me too. Also seeing endpoints online now too. I spent many hours working on it thinking it was a problem on my end or setup. Turns out it was an issue with Sophs servers it appears.

i have the problem too on a fresh install ... i broke my old test environment due to this .. looks like i did that for nothing .. but still not working for me after few minutes i get internal server error.

I just checked, UTM/endpoints Live connect is still good for me. Endpoints show as on line etc.

I did just try to download the installer to see if that worked, and I got a server error too. So looks like you will just have to wait until they fix whatever their problem is.

yep and i've the : Sophos LiveConnect is disabled. 2 computer...... blah blah blah error at home too .... so looks like endpoint is having some issue actually. and 2 hours ago it was working again at work on my dev environment.
