No update path for UTM Endpoint Clients

Hi,

I installed the Endpoint Protection Client. The Client shows up in the UTM 9 as "Online", so this is working so far. 
But on the client where Endpoint is installed, i can't download updates due to there is noch given update path. Wether primary nor secondary path.

Any ideas?

    What does that mean for us who can't install the endpoint? Will we be notified in some way?

    1) I tested the "slim installer" which is suppose to grab the Latest Version - Nope Same Old Problematic Version.

    2) I tested the "Full Version" and same old problematic version.

    Boy - it sure is Tedious to Uninstall 3 Components instead of the Usual One Installer you see in other products (And you do need to get it removed in the right order).

    3) Back to using Symantec.Cloud

    Just to share another observation today.

    1) Slim Installer actually did NOT install the Anti-Virus Component. ( I recall it is stage 2/3 which is passed at a Blink and took longer at 4,5,6,7 which is installing and configurting the update component etc)

    After it completed "sucessfully" - Right Click on the S Icon and the Open Sophos End Point Security and Control simply is Greyed Out.

    2) In Case my UTM is blocking some communication - I did all my test on a Direct Internet Connection.

    3) Still no luck - Update Field is Empty.

    This article says supported on the day of launch - seriously mine is not the new version.

    Anyone of you have the NEW 10.2 Installation File downloaded from your UTM?

    10.2 via Slim Installer and Full Version Available Now vai the UTM !

    But my Update Field is still empty.

    Is there a "Clean Up" Utility to ensure any residue is removed?

    I did the 

    1) Uninstall MCS
    2) Uninstall Antivirus (Reboot Prompt -> Reboot)
    3) Uninstall Update
    4) Reboot
    5) Delete SOPHOS Folder
    6) Used CCleaner to clean registry.
    7) Reboot
    8) Full Installer
    9) Still No Update Field.

    This is the procedure that I use and works all the times

    0) Disable all the relevant services under services.msc
    1) Uninstall MCS
    2) Uninstall Update
    3) Uninstall Antivirus (Reboot Prompt)
    4) Reboot 
    5) Delete SOPHOS Folder (under my windows 7 that's under c:\program data, program files)
    NOTE: some files will not be deleted under the web intelligence folder so you will have to reboot or rename the files and then reboot
    7) Reboot
    8) Delete the remaining files (under the C:\PROGRAM DATA) and download the full installer from UTM
    9) Delete the use folder under %appdata% and delete the old Endpoint from UTM
    9) install the new endpoint without altering the name of the executable.
