I am a bit fustrated.
I have activated Endpoint and installed 2 pc´s (I have updated my license to 12) to that end all was nice and worked. Nbr. 3 pc dident work (no connection to server) and dident register at all on my UTM.
Looked in here what other people had done to overcome this. I did the following :
- Disabled IPS, Web Proxy, FTP proxy, App control, firewall to any-any.
- Tryed new token i sophos liveconnect.
Nohing work - endpoint protection cant reach server for an update (under install) and now it is happening for the 2 other PC´s as well (perhaps the new token).
I have done a total new installation on one of my pc´s even deleted sophos folder and run a check in registry too nothing changed.
N.B.
The PC´s are 64 bit win 7 and one is on VMware. On VMware it even worse it would not allow a uninstall even if it is admin login with full rights.
What else can be done ? someone with another idea I could try ?
