Cannot connect App Store if ipad/iphone with IOS 11 via Sophos SG310 firewall

Hi,

  We are using Sophos SG310 firewall. Users reported that their IPAD/IPhone cannot connect to App Store when using our company Wifi connection. I found that those device are running IOS 11 and it can be fixed temporary by connecting a mobile hotspot once and then reconnect back to our company wifi network. However, the IPhone/IPADs are running well if they are not IOS version 11.

  How can I fix that issue? Thanks

    I meant for you to do a Google search with that string, Cato.  You must include site: at the beginning.  When I know that there's a clear answer available and someone hasn't found it, I know they've tried to use the built-in search function here and it's not that good.  Adding site:community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/f to a Google search limits the search to just this UTM Community and gives a better result than the built-in search here.
