Hi,
We are using Sophos SG310 firewall. Users reported that their IPAD/IPhone cannot connect to App Store when using our company Wifi connection. I found that those device are running IOS 11 and it can be fixed temporary by connecting a mobile hotspot once and then reconnect back to our company wifi network. However, the IPhone/IPADs are running well if they are not IOS version 11.
How can I fix that issue? Thanks
